Stars Shine At The Emmys Show and Behind The Scenes!
The stars arrived looking glam last night, and they were all there to see who would receive the statuettes at the Primetime Emmy Awards! 30 Rock and Mad Men were both big winners last night, taking the top Comedy Series and Drama Series trophies. Kristin Chenoweth was thrilled and tearful as she took to the podium to accept her Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy award for Pushing Daisies while Toni Collette won Best Actress in a Comedy for her amazing turn in The United States Of Tara.
Kristen Stewart Gets A Dark New Look With Dakota
Earlier in the week we saw Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning at a recording studio in LA, rehearsing for their new movie The Runaways. Yesterday they were both back there, but Kristen was sporting a new look for the movie, in which she plays Joan Jett. Her hair has been chopped to above her shoulders, and dyed jet black for the part, and though she was covering her new look with a hood you can get an idea of how it looks!

Well, the Emmys are over, and we have our full list of winners. Were you guys surprised by this year's picks? (Check out all my Emmy polls here.) I thought the show started out pretty unexpectedly when underdogs Kristin Chenoweth and Toni Collete took home trophies, and there were a few other surprises along the way.

MTV Video Music Awards: Pink
They may be wearing the same dress, but Pink's look is about as different from Shakira's as you can get. Her super-lifted short cut reminds me of all the '80s nostalgia hair at the Fall 2009 Marc Jacobs show, and she knows that when your hairstyle makes this much of a statement, your makeup is better off staying simple. I like the light pink lip on her, and her eyeshadow matches her hair, which is pretty clever.
Love It or Hate It: Audrey's Big Black Bow
I can only dream of having thick, wavy hair like Audrey Tautou, but in the meantime, I'll just admire it from afar. At last night's LA premiere of Coco Avant Chanel, Audrey accessorized that enviable cute and flirty wavy pixie with a silky black bow with multiple folds. Notice how the placement and dark color of this hair accent almost mimics the texture and dark tones of the actress's short locks.
