Blake, Bar and Jennifer Are Lovely in LBDs For Angels

It was all about the super sexy LBDs at last night's ball to benefit Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation at Cipriani, Wall Street in NYC. Blake Lively and Bar Refaeli both looked amazing and showed off some leg while in shape new mom Jennifer Hudson opted for matching black tights. Penn Badgley joined Blake for the fancy party after his movie, The Stepfather had a decent opening weekend at the box office. Blake's been especially busy recently traveling between Boston where she's filming Ben Affleck's The Town and her usual gig alongside her boyfriend Penn working on Gossip Girl in New York, but there's still time for red carpets for a good cause.

Facinelli Joins a Housewife and Mischa, Heads Back to Eclipse

Peter Facinelli walked the red carpet with Real Housewives of NY's Jill Zarin at a Sony event in NYC last night. Peter spent the week filming Nurse Jackie, but right after the party he was headed straight back to Vancouver despite a nasty flight delay. Peter's a busy man filming Eclipse as well as his TV series but he still keeps his spirits high and makes sure to play practical jokes on Robert Pattinson. Mischa Barton was also at the bash yesterday, although these days her schedule isn't quite as jam-packed as Peter's now that The Beautiful Life has been cancelled.

LL and More Lovely Ladies Shop to Find the Key to the Cure

When Saks kicks off a shopping for charity event, the celebrity ladies (and a few men) are sure to come running. Last night launched the 10th Annual Key to the Cure charity shopping weekend in NYC where the ladies showed off the t-shirt designed by Gwyneth Paltrow for the event, which is available for sale exclusively at Saks. Lindsay Lohan walked the red carpet solo, but caught up with both Samantha and Charlotte Ronson inside. The always adorable Lindsay Price wasn't the only Lipstick Jungle star out - hot Robert Buckley stopped by too. Newlywed Beth Ostrosky was back from her honeymoon and showing off her new ring finger bling on the red carpet. This looks like one perfectly lucky guest list eager to celebrate spending money for a good cause.

Oprah Joins Will, John and Sidney to Celebrate Tyler's Studio

Oprah Winfrey brought both Stedman Graham and Gayle King to the opening gala for Tyler Perry's new movie and TV studio in Atlanta on Saturday night. While Oprah is dealing with a defamation lawsuit from the former headmistress of her South African Girls school, it was the history-making event that had Oprah so emotional. Tyler is the first African-American to own his own studio and there were a few tears in the crowd as he took the stage to announce that he's named three sound-stages after the legendary actors Ruby Dee, Cecily Tyson and Sidney Poitier. Sidney was there to accept the honor, saying, "I spent 56 years making movies and this is the reward that I have that means the most to me." With a supportive crowd including Will Smith, John Legend and many others, it was truly an event worth celebrating.

Pretty Penelope Promotes While Scarlett Pouts

Penelope Cruz looked stunning promoting Vicky Cristina Barcelona in Cannes Saturday, but there were two very noticeable no shows - her costars Scarlett Johansson and Javier Bardem. While Javier, who recently dropped out of a movie due to exhaustion, apparently skipped the event for family reasons, Scarlett's excuse is more dramatic. Apparently the starlet didn't come after the studio refused to fulfill her demands including her own make-up consultant and a separate hotel away from where the rest of her costars were staying. With her album coming out this week, maybe she's just too busy to make the trek, but hopefully all these gorgeous costars can meet up for at least one red carpet to promote their sexy new movie. Another celebrity couple has called it quits, and yet again, I have to say I'm not all that surprised. Star Jones, who married Al Reynolds back in 2004, made her wedding more of a celebrity circus than a day to celebrate their love. She had numerous wedding sponsors and she made it very clear that she wanted her wedding to be one of the biggest parties of the year but as we all know, it's more about the marriage than the wedding. So what happens when you have a larger-than-life dream wedding only to have the marriage dissolve? Does it add even more pressure and angst to your decision to separate? Would you feel embarrassed or guilty that you placed so much emphasis on it? Ladies, what I'm asking is, would you have second thoughts about ending your unhappy marriage if you had a big, extravagant, over-the-top wedding?
