At the weekend The Sunday Times published its annual rich list of the 1000 most wealthy people in the UK. It also published the music, sport and young person lists, so without further ado here's a few of our favourite stars and where they come in among all those moneyspinners.

Amy Winehouse and Leona Lewis are among the young (under 30) musicians making it onto the Sunday Times Rich List this year. Despite Amy's rollercoaster personal life, her talent for music is making her plenty of money and she's worth an estimated £10million. Leona's catching up fast thanks to her success in the US, with her fortune estimated at a whopping £6million already!

Yesterday, The Sunday Times published their annual rich list and it was not without a few fashion faces. Obviously, because of the financial climate it's been a tumultuous year for cash flow, but some of the biggest names in retail have managed to stay high up in the list. Sir Philip Green has made an enormous impact on the High Street, particularly with Topshop which recently launched in New York.

- I brought you all the pictures from the BAFTA TV Awards, with the glam dresses of all the women, shots of the sharply dressed men, and all the winners too!
- Denise Van Outen and Lee Mead got married in the Seychelles!
- Gordon Ramsay, Jenni Falconer, Katie Price and Peter Andre were among the celebs running the marathon.
- Gossip Girl's Ed Westwick was back in the UK and appeared on GMTV.
- The Sunday Times Rich List was published with approximate figures of what the biggest British stars like the Beckhams, Rooneys and Coles earned.
- The Skins cast appeared in Nylon magazine, talking about how acting and fame were changing their lives.
- Linda Evans beat the rest of the celebrity contestants to win Hell's Kitchen.
- Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick announced that they are expecting twins via a surrogate.
- Mary-Kate Olsen, Helena Christensen, Alexis Bledel and Lucy Liu turned up for the launch of Matthew Williamson's new Spring Collection for H&M in New York.
- It was announced that Alexa Chung's US TV debut will be on The Alexa Chung Show, an MTV replacement for TRL, airing every weekday over the summer.
- Finally, I showed you my May Must Haves, with two Robert Pattinson movies, some awesome music and a laugh out loud TV series!

Emma Watson may only be 19 years of age, but she has already made a impact on the silver screen and on the red carpet. This weekend, she appeared in the Sunday Times rich list owing to her wealth acquired from the Harry Potter movies. Already this year the rumour mill has suggested that she is the new face of Burberry, so surely the only way is up for this English rose!

Simon Cowell is sitting pretty while most everyone else has watched their worth sink during the recession, including the most wealthy British musicians. Compared to his contemporaries, Simon's net worth may not be the biggest of them all, but it's the only lot that increased last year. His worth went up 7 percent while others saw theirs drop.

- A TV talent search to find someone to play Jade Goody in a new musical version of her life is being planned, although currently there are no networks signed up to the idea. Max Clifford has offered his services to be a judge if it comes to fruition. — BBC
- Britain's Got Talent star Susan Boyle has given herself a makeover despite Amanda Holden's pleas to stay looking the same.

Amy Winehouse's love life is the subject of much speculation this week – first her Dad confirmed rumours that she was having an affair with her manager's assistant, next she apparently spoke to a photographer outside her house denying that was true and that she was going to be with Blake forever. Finally there's reports that, after all this talk of Amy's alleged affair, Blake wants to file for divorce, and is hoping for a payout of £3million.
Whatever is actually going on, it seems like there's a lot of complications in Amy's life right now.

Students at Chesterfield High School in South Carolina are arriving at school this morning to metal detectors and police presence following a weekend arrest of a student accused of plotting an attack on the school. The alleged mastermind, Ryan Schallenberger, 18, is due in court this afternoon for a bond hearing. He was arrested this weekend after his parents alerted police to the 10 pounds of ammonium nitrate that was delivered to their home and their discovery of a disturbing journal.
