We have to wait until Nov. 14 to get our hands on the Jimmy Choo For H&M collection. But not Tamara Mellon and her friends - they partied the night away in LA wearing the coveted clothes and accessories. The Jimmy Choo founder donned one of her favorites - the one-shoulder leather dress - while actress Hayden Panettiere sported the black-sequin jacket I have my eye on. Lucky! There was a lot of noir in the house but that's expected, the line is totally rock 'n roll. When you're done here, check out this fun video of the festivities.

Whitney, Olivia, and Rashida Choose Choo With the Hiltons

Jimmy Choo designer Tamara Mellon brought together some friends in Hollywood last night to celebrate the launch of her new collection for H&M. Stars like Olivia Wilde, Rashida Jones, Whitney Port and the Hilton sisters posed for photos with Tamara on the carpet before heading in to see a special performance from MIA. Jimmy Choo is known for their shoes, but this line will also include Tamara's first-ever clothing collection and many of the stars were sporting her designs for their evening out.

The Stars Come Out For Jimmy Choo in London

Last night in London, Tamara Mellon hosted a party for Jimmy Choo Project PEP, attracting celebs like Guy Ritchie and Claudia Winkleman. T4 presenters Steve Jones and Jameela Jamil hung out at the party, ahead of T4's Stars of 2009 which will feature The Saturdays, N-Dubz and Kasabian. Jameela looked gorgeous in her dress and bright lipstick, while Martine McCutcheon softened her leather jacket with a pretty skirt and Jo Whiley DJ'd in her black dress. Fab Flash: Tamara Mellon is Suing her Mother

It's been a busy week for Tamara Mellon who launched the Jimmy Choo PEP range last night and is soon to launch a collaboration with H&M. She has now added a court appearance to her diary as she takes her own Mother, Ann Yeardye to court. The shoe giant CEO is aiming to claim back £6 million in a Channel Islands courtroom for a breach of contract in the sale of Jimmy Choo to Lion Capital in 2004.

Tamara previously filed a lawsuit against Ann in Los Angeles, but this has since been dropped due to jurisdiction issues. The problems between the two occurred when a partly verbal, partly written agreement was reached over who would get what. Tamara was supposed to take stock whilst Ann took cash during the sale, but some stock (worth £4 million) apparently was misplaced with Ann and she refused to return it. Eesh, this could literally be a case of handbags and stilettos at dawn.

Shot by Terri Richardson, the hot models capture the collection's wild style, donning an array of funky, faux-leather leggings, party dresses, zebra-print clutches, studded jewels, and signature sexy Jimmy Choo stilettos. “It’s the same woman [who is the inspiration for Choo’s] fall collection. Jimmy Choo Designs For Elton John

Jimmy Choo is fashionably supporting Elton John's AIDS Foundation by creating a limited-edition accessories collection dubbed Project PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis). It will include handbags, shoes, and small leather goods decorated with a new signature laminated canvas print showing off iconic Jimmy Choo details like snakeskin, leather, and even a picture of Tamara Mellon from a Vogue Italia photo shoot.

"It's a whole collage of the DNA of Jimmy Choo," said Mellon. The collection drops November with prices ranging from $95 for flip flops to $995 for a large handbag. Twenty-five percent of all proceeds will support the Simelela rape center in South Africa.
