Since I'm addicted to television about as much as I'm addicted to beauty and blogging, I thought this would be a great opportunity to talk about some of the brightest beauty looks from the silver screen this year. Between the trendy nail polish shades that we see every week on The Hills, Serena and Blair's amazing hair on Gossip Girl, Joan Holloway and Betty Draper's perfect red lipstick from Mad Men and the sex appeal of Billie Piper, it really depends on my mood which styles I favour the most. In your opinion, which 2008 television series do you think has the best beauty looks?

I was wondering, would you happen to know what kind of cell phone Adrianna was using on the last episode of 90210? It aired this past Tuesday. It was white and really thin. Very pretty and I was wondering if you would know? Thanks!

Lauren Tends to Her Garden Before Playing Games

Lauren Conrad stopped to grab lunch before hitting up Home Depot for garden supplies yesterday, twittering about her green thumb on her way out. Later in the evening she got dressed up for the Assassins Creed II video-game launch with her friends and former Hills costars Lo Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt. LC is also working hard on the sequel to her bestselling LA Candy - which could make a perfect addition to your holiday wish list - and relayed her excitement about the cover art for book number two which will hit the shelves next year.

After finding out that the procedure is not always reversible, Spencer has a change of heart. In the meantime, a girl fight breaks out between Kristin and Jayde at a club, and Audrina and Justin Bobby have a not-so-pleasant reunion. Nickelodeon UK Kids' Choice Awards Nominations Announced!

The Nickelodeon UK Kids' Choice Awards nominations have been announced ahead of September's ceremony – which will be the second British KCAs – and children and teens across the nation are voting for their favourites online. We saw the US picks earlier this year, but the UK ceremony has a fun peppering of Brits we all know and love among the nominations. Doctor Who is nominated for four awards, including one for David Tennant, and Catherine Tate and Freema Agyeman are battling American teens Miley Cyrus and Miranda Cosgrove (iCarly) in the Favourite Female TV Star category.

Dermot O'Leary, Holly Willoughby, David Beckham, Sugababes, Lewis Hamilton, Ting Tings, Alphabeat and Daniel Craig are also up for awards, but for the full list of nominations just read more

Twilight Leads the People's Choice Awards Nominations

The 36th annual People's Choice Awards nominees are here, and last year's Twilight is leading the charge! American Idol's Kris Allen was among the announcers this morning for the nominees, which also include lots of nods for The Proposal - but of course, everyone's favorite bloodsucking love story landed in many categories, including favorite on-screen movie team.

Why didn't they look to 2009's New Moon? Because last year's nominations debuted before the first movie in the Twilight saga.

Do You Think Teen Shows Set a Bad Example For Young Girls?

It's no secret that we're huge fans of teen shows like Gossip Girl, The Hills, and 90120, but now that our guilty pleasures are back we can't help but question some of the examples set by the characters. America Ferrera even told Seventeen magazine that she thinks these three shows in particular are encouraging girls to be mean to each other. What do you think - do teen shows set a bad example for young girls?

LL's Photographed All Weekend, but Tapes Are the Trouble

Lindsay Lohan was in a flannel Saturday as she stepped out to shop at LA's Church boutique with a friend. The girls spent a few hours inside the shop, emerging in new outfits after tweeting a thanks. LL was then off for a night on the town, and she wound up at Leonardo DiCaprio's place for an afterparty. She was out yesterday evening, when she joined another pal for dinner at Dominick's in Beverly Hills. Despite her weekend good times, there is still more drama with her father Michael to contend with after he leaked multiple tapes of her private conversations as a public bid to get her into rehab. Michael apparently tried first to sell the tapes but settled to give them for free after being paid for an interview.
