It was the much talked about season finale of The Hills last night - Lauren Conrad said goodbye to the cast while Kristin Cavallari said hello. We didn't get to see that much of Kristin, but if she's anything like her sassy Laguna Beach self, then I'm so tuning in next season. As a farewell to Lauren and a welcome ceremony for Kristin, I present The Hills style battle. The finale of The Hills season five is Sunday, and you know what that means? Almost time to bid adieu to Lauren Conrad. Sad, but life goes on . . . with new cast member Kristin Cavallari. Was It Wrong of LC to Expose The Hills?

Lauren Conrad was up early this morning to chat with the ladies of The View and promote LA Candy. When asked about Spencer's apology on The Hills, Lauren revealed that it was staged and she wasn't actually on the other end of the phone call. In the past she's said that the show's producers were pushing a Heidi reconciliation on her, and it's definitely not the first time we've heard about scenes being fake. On the other hand, it's still a little surprising to hear it from LC herself so tell us - was it wrong of Lauren to expose the reality show?

Lauren, Heidi & Spencer All Come Out For Exciting Hills Finale!

All the girls of The Hills got together in NYC last night to celebrate the season finale of their show. The girls arrived via horse drawn carriage dressed in their finest though we're not exactly sure what Whitney was thinking with her headwear. After posing on the red carpet, the cast took their turns talking to the aftershow where your winners for worst street style and biggest douchebag and most annoying of the year Heidi and Spencer were always side by side. Surprisingly, the episode itself was the best in a long time with a semi heartbreaking (and seemingly real) conversation between Heidi and Lauren. Even Justin Bobby had his moment to shine being sweet to Audrina - and they do look hot together. Somehow even the scene of Heidi and Spencer in the courthouse was touching. Aww, so what did you think of the finale? Are you ready to dive right in to The City next week - though it doesn't sound like The Hills is going to be gone long according to LC who said it's coming back in the Spring.

LC Greets Her Fans Before Getting Back to Season 4 Drama

Lauren Conrad signed autographs outside of Crown Bar in West Hollywood last night with BFF Lo right by her side. Even Hills co-star and ex - with his own show on the way - Brody showed up to hang out with the girls. Lauren sported those summer braids she loves so much, and from the looks of the season four trailer (after the jump) we'll be seeing a lot more of the hairstyle! Other exciting things to look forward to include Lauren's new boy toy, tension escalating between Audrina and Lo and of course more of the epic Lauren/Heidi duel. Sounds like the perfect cheesy drama to tide us over until August rolls around.

Lauren Takes a Meeting Before Another Dramatic Season

Lauren Conrad showed off her wispy new bangs on her way out of a meeting at her talent agency UTA yesterday. Lauren made an appearance at an Oscar party on Sunday night showing off her fresh tan from Hawaii where she was filming The Hills. Speaking of her show, it will be back sometime in March and there's a dramatic new trailer to help get excited. Check the video out here - just when I thought I could tear myself away somehow these teasers get me excited for the show all over again.

LC and Audrina Are Back to Being Bikini-Buying Buddies

Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge put their rekindled friendship on display as they filmed a scene for The Hills before Lauren was off to her real-life romance with Kyle Howard yesterday and later out to Deluxe. They looked like they were having fun together as Audrina showed off her bikini body when she tried on a bathing suit. There are only two more episodes of the show this season, but luckily season five is on its way. While we wait, maybe there will be some new drama to fuel the blogs as we watch Whitney head off to The City.

Lauren Films and Feels For the Montag Family

Lauren Conrad and Lo Bosworth sat down to eat and film The Hills yesterday in LA. Heidi and Spencer's recent elopement has given the show plenty of new drama, but apparently LC is genuinely concerned for the Montag family. Holly revealed that Lauren had called her to check in and make sure that their whole family was doing okay after the marriage bomb dropped. Heidi's sister also revealed that Heidi and Spencer have a big formal ceremony in the works - another event sure to include lots of well-timed photo-ops, just like their honeymoon and the rest of the year.

How-To: Lauren Conrad's Hills' Finale Party Makeup

Since so many of you have been writing in and requesting how to get Lauren Conrad's fresh-faced makeup look, I've decided to give you a little treat in honor of the season finale.

Face: Begin by using a creamy concealer around the eyes and on top of any red areas or blemishes. Next, take a little bit of foundation and dab it on the forehead, nose, chin, and cheeks. Blend well (especially along the jawline) using a sponge. Dust a little bit of setting powder to the skin as a final touch.
Cheeks: Begin by dusting the forehead, nose, and all around the hairline with a matte bronzer. Next, apply a sheer-pink powder blush such as Bobbi Brown Blush in Nectar to the apples of the cheeks, blending upward along the cheekbone.
Eyes: Getting Lauren's icy-hot eyes is easier than you think. The first step is applying a neutral shadow all over the lid. Next, use a black, slightly-shimmery shadow like Shu Uemura Pressed Iridescent Eye Shadow in Black; blend it starting right above your lashes to just under your crease. Using a black-liquid eyeliner such as Flirt! Cosmetics Opening Line in Ebony Edge, carefully line your upper and lower lashes. Create a thicker line on the top lashes and extend it out just a little bit for a catlike-winged effect. Then, take more of the black shadow and apply it over the liner for a smokier and softer effect.
Apply two coats of black mascara and attach false eyelashes for additional drama. Lastly, take a silver cream shadow like Vincent Longo's Eye Souffle in Argeto and using a Q-tip,carefully dot and blend the shadow to the "V" along the inner corners of your eyes.
Lips: Lauren's lip look is all about a pop of sheer color. Try using a bright pink lip gloss such as Benefit Her Glossiness V.I.P. Lip Gloss in Who Are You Wearing and keep reapplying throughout the night!

Lauren Keeps The Hills Alive One Friendship at a Time

Lauren Conrad and Stephanie Pratt could have passed for sisters with their matching blonde hair, sunglasses and white outfits filming The Hills Thursday. Stephanie's real sibling was busy getting karate lessons with Heidi, while Stephanie lunched with LC. As the cameras continue documenting the drama for the next season, we've been keeping ourselves up to date with Whitney as she continues in The City and we can catch LC on Bromance this Monday.
