'Tis the season to be buying presents, and I've got a feeling many of us will be hoping for something vampire/werewolf related under our Christmas tree this year. If you have a Twihard in your life, or if indeed you're a fan of all things Twilight yourself, check out my gift ideas.
As well as all four books in the series, there are movie companions, a director's notebook, and a cute collection of journals.

Yesterday I attended a Sony media event here in San Francisco where three major announcements were made. The first — which caught my attention — is the 400-disc Blu-ray player Sony plans on unveiling in the near future — that's right, 400 discs . .

You were all pretty split on your feelings about Channing Tatum, but we can all agree that the actor has made a name for himself as the muscle-bound sensitive guy. He gets even deeper into that archetype in Dear John, an adaption from the Nicholas Sparks novel where he plays the love interest of Amanda Seyfried.
The two fall for each other one Summer while Seyfried's character Savannah is home from college and Tatum's John is home on leave.

Rachel McAdams was armed with a notebook on the set of Morning Glory in NYC on Tuesday before breaking out her camera yesterday. The movie centers around morning talk shows and Rachel's already a pro at portraying a journalist after her last film, State of Play. This time she'll be starring with Harrison Ford instead of Russell Crowe as she continues to rack up experience with the biggest actors in Hollywood.

Ryan Gosling was not looking his best in Pennsylvania yesterday, but rest assured — his black eye and busted nose were just for his role in Blue Valentine. Poor Ryan looked a bit sad with his bouquet of flowers in hand while he filmed with a few of his pint-size costars. Seems like the movie features another drawn out romance like in The Notebook, but Ryan's never been one to shy away from a complicated love story.

My Sister's Keeper is an adaptation from a Jodi Picoult novel starring Cameron Diaz, Alec Baldwin and Abigail Breslin, about a family dealing with their daughter's illness and a huge decision that her sister makes. I really enjoyed the novel and I'm looking forward to seeing it brought to the big screen. Directed by The Notebook's Nick Cassavetes, the movie's out on June 26 in the UK.

Surviving and staying sane during New York Fashion Week is no easy feat. Trust me. Fashion insiders like designer Jason Wu, social and Phil Collins's girl Lily Collins, model Ali Stephens, and PR queen Kelly Cutrone, also know that very well.
