Creative Kristen Stewart Swears She's Dazed and Confused
Kristen Stewart is busy filming the new Twilight movie Eclipse in Vancouver at the moment — and getting cosy with her apparently single costar Robert Pattinson — and she's also featured on the front cover of September's Dazed and Confused magazine. Kristen answered some questions about her newfound stardom and its intensity, the other roles she's taken on (including Joan Jett) and her creative aspirations for the future. Here are some excerpts from her interview:
- On becoming a huge star: Yeah, but you can’t think about it too much because if you think about it too much it is this weird and dreamy fantasy land, you think – what the hell absurd thing are we doing at 3 o’clock in the morning, with 300 people, pretending to be other people, what the f*ck are we doing?
- On the paparazzi: [It's] since Twilight.
Kristen Switches From Joan To Bella With The TCAs Inbetween
Kristen Stewart was spotted in Santa Monica this week as she headed back to her car with her shades on, but the unmistakable Joan Jett hair still present and made her very recognisable. She may have only just wrapped filming on The Runaways, but she barely has a break since she'll be headed to the Teen Choice Awards with her Twilight costars on Monday — including the always-gorgeous Robert Pattinson — and then she will be headed to Vancouver to film the third in the vampire series of movies, Eclipse! She'll have to wear a wig for filming, don't you think?
Kristen Stewart Makes Robert Pattinson Nervous
Kristen Stewart filmed a familiar scene on the set of The Runaways in LA yesterday. She has been working all week after reuniting with Robert and Taylor at Comic-Con, and after the jump is a new video of an interview they did in San Diego. Kristen has an adorable interaction with Rob when he tries to explain his feelings on love but ends up getting totally flustered and joking that the chemistry between them is really just animosity.
Kristen Gets Back to Work After Her Time With Rob
Kristen Stewart, Dakota Fanning, and Michael Shannon filmed scenes for The Runaways yesterday in LA. Kristen joined her costars on set after her trip to Comic-Con last week, where she reunited with Robert Pattinson. Despite keeping their distance publicly, Kristen and Rob were spotted on the same hotel floor together on Wednesday night and were both in LA over the weekend.
Dakota Fanning's Work Days and Date Nights
Dakota Fanning is growing up fast, and on Saturday night the teenager went out on a date with fellow former child star, Freddie Highmore. Fresh off an appearance at Comic-Con, Freddie took Dakota to dinner at Il Cielo in LA. Yesterday Dakota headed back to the set of The Runaways, perhaps with some new gossip to share with her fellow costars.
Kristen and Robert Wrap Up Work To Get Back To New Moon
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are in San Diego at Comic Con right now, where they're promoting New Moon, the hotly-anticipated second Twilight movie. Before they headed there though, they had to finish up shooting on their respective movie projects. Rob's been working in New York on Remember Me alongside Emilie De Ravin, while Kristen's been playing Joan Jett while filming The Runaways alongside fellow New Moon star Dakota Fanning.
Kristen Works With Dakota Before Her Reunion With Robert
Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning chatted behind the scenes of The Runaways yesterday. The girls have been hard at work for almost two months in LA, which isn't too far from the San Diego location of Comic-Con. Kristen will be heading there this afternoon to take the stage alongside Rob, who made his way to California last night, and the rest of the Twilight cast.
Kristen Stewart Keeps On Running Away
We've had plenty of glimpses of Robert Pattinson recently, but not so many of his Twilight costar Kristen Stewart working on her new movie The Runaways. She was out and about in the Californian sunshine earlier this week though to film an energetic scene with her onscreen bandmates including Dakota Fanning and Alia Shawkat. The band are on the run carrying their instruments, with Kristen dodging around a policeman at one point!
Kristen and Dakota Have a Hard-Working Weekend
Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning filmed through the weekend on the set of The Runaways in LA. The girls wore matching shirts with their band and character names on them along with some high-waisted pants. Just like Robert Pattinson, Kristen is about to be translated into graphic form when Twilight becomes a comic book and if that one works out — which I'm guessing it will — Dakota's Jane will make her appearance when New Moon follows suit.
Dakota Bakes Cupcakes With a Cherie on Top
Dakota Fanning filmed scenes for The Runaways at a cupcake shop in LA yesterday. Her character Cherie Currie looked a lot more wholesome without her usual partner in crime around to keep her on her toes. The role of Cherie's father was recently cast, which means Dakota will have another costar to keep her company when Kristen isn't around.
