Shia LaBeouf looked like he was in good spirits at LAX on his way to NYC yesterday as his Transformers 2 hit theaters across the country. This morning he's already stopped by Regis and Kelly and The Today Show, where he brought a fan in from the audience to give her the thrill of a lifetime — it really is one of the sweetest interviews, so check it out below. Despite lukewarm reviews — Buzz isn't loving it either — the movie is expected to bring in a good amount at the box office.

Fergie and the rest of the Black Eyed Peas were up early this morning to perform on the Today show. They've been making the rounds to support their new album, The E.N.D., which came out on Tuesday. Fergie has been all about her band while her husband Josh Duhamel travels the world to support Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, but she's also had a few nights out with girlfriends to keep her occupied until their reunion.

Beyonce Knowles arrived at the Ed Sullivan theater yesterday with a big smile and even bigger umbrella. She showed off a variety of dresses as she sat down with Dave Letterman to chat about her tour and Obsessed before taking the stage to perform. B mentioned that she loves watching herself sing for the Obamas at the Inaugural Ball and talked about Jay-Z's last minute switch in "99 Problems" for the post-inauguration audience.

Ben Affleck had a busy morning with visits to both The Today Show and Live With Regis and Kelly, where he signed autographs and posed for photos with fans after taping his segment. He's taking a break from the Massachusetts set of The Company Men and spending time in NYC to promote State of Play before it opens tomorrow. In his chat with Matt Lauer, Ben opened up about researching his politician role in Congress, postponing his project with Matt Damon, and what he's doing to prepare for his young daughters eventually dating.

She's promoting State of Play and talked about being intimidated by Russell Crowe but gushed about Jason Bateman. Posh is known for how elegantly she can pull off any dress, but this time pants were in order for the always put-together star. Meanwhile, her husband went on The Today Show yesterday to talk about playing for two soccer teams and why it means so much to him to stay in Milan.
