Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner were together for last night's special NYC screening of New Moon along with their many costars. It looks like they split up for the afterparty, though, with Robert and Kristen spotted afterward looking far more casual on their way out of a lounge in the city's Meatpacking District. The official afterparty was held in a different neighborhood at The Box, where Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr were spotted making a hasty retreat in the rain.

Patrick Dempsey was busy yesterday starting the day off with a juggling routine on GMA then making a stop at The Late Show to chat with Dave about his love for racing, his latest Avon fragrance, and his daughters obsession with Twilight. The Grey's Anatomy star is in town to help fellow Avon spokesperson Reese Witherspoon raise awareness in the fight again breast cancer and domestic violence. London and Rome Host Film Stars Including Honest George
Several actors walked the red carpet this weekend at the London Film Festival and Rome Film Festival. Nicholas Hoult, Tom Ford, Colin Firth and Matthew Goode looked handsome in their suits at the premiere for A Single Man in London, and the capital also saw the premiere of Viggo Mortensen's The Road. Helen Mirren was in Rome for the The Last Station, and Terry Gilliam and Lily Cole were also in Italy for The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus premiere.

Sienna Has Plenty of Company After the Show and Miss Julie
Sienna Miller joined her After Miss Julie costars Jonny Lee Miller and Marin Ireland onstage in NYC last night as they officially opened their Broadway show. The trio had a great deal of support for their big evening, with Anna Wintour, Rachel McAdams, Claire Danes and her new husband Hugh Dancy turning out to attend both the premiere and afterparty. True Blood's Alexander Skarsgard also made an appearance, though his rumored lady friend Kate Bosworth wasn't by his side.
Amanda and Julianne Bring Chloe Kisses to LFF
Amanda Seyfried and Elle cover star Julianne Moore cuddled up for a photocall for their new film Chloe at the London Film Festival yesterday. Amanda stars as the eponymous escort Chloe in the thriller, who is hired by Julianne's character to seduce her husband (played by Liam Neeson) whom she suspects is unfaithful. The female costars share a kiss in the movie, and we'll get to see Amanda's kiss with Megan Fox on our big screens in two weeks, when Jennifer's Body is released.

This week's celebrity looks were a mixed bag of saucy and casual ensembles. I adored Michelle Monaghan's monochromatic styling skills and was inspired by Rachel Bilson's cozy rain-proof 'fit. Of course, Lo, Malin, and Paula all deserve an honorable mention.
