So his manager was right, and he's had to correct his mum - I wonder how long it will be before she gets the daughter-in-law that she said she wants!

Robert Pattinson Rises Early to Brighten Up the Day

Robert Pattinson showed off a few of his many funny faces earlier this morning for his appearance on The Today Show. We've already taken a peek at his interview with Matt Lauer, where Rob opened up a little bit about Kristen and the stories of his being hit by a taxi over the Summer. Robert is due to spend the rest of the day in NYC before a special screening this evening. Their big day is tomorrow, so hopefully Robert, Kristen, Taylor, and their castmates will soon be able to let loose a little after weeks of traveling the world to promote New Moon.

Katie Price Has Broken Up With Alex Reid

Following her shock departure from the jungle, Katie Price had another surprise up her sleeve last night, as she announced during her interview with Ant and Dec on I'm a Celebrity she has broken up with Alex Reid. She's not showing any signs of regret yet, as she tweeted late last night: "I feeeel sooo goood today".

Kate didn't explain exactly why she had broken up with Alex, other than saying she's done a lot of reflecting and said: "I think that it's best I'm on my own. I just don't want to be in a relationship." In the show's sister programme, we saw the moment Kate met up with her pal Michelle Heaton for the first time after leaving the jungle, and Michelle told her about Alex's plans to propose and recommended that Kate dump him.

Peter Andre claims he hasn't been watching the show, but news will surely have reached him about Kate's big decision. Kate also admitted that she'd been a "twit" over the last seven months, and apologised to anyone she'd hurt. It certainly sounds like she's done a lot of reflecting, so let's hope she's happier now that she's made these choices.

I am involved with a married man and I don't know how to stop. He's been married for a couple of years, and his wife often goes out of town. I feel like I'm in a relationship with him: he calls or texts before he goes to sleep, cooks me dinner when he can, and we talk about almost anything with each other. I don't expect him to leave his wife for me, and it doesn't seem like he's going to. He just says he wishes we would have met before he got married. I know deep down that this is so wrong, but I feel like I can't do anything about it. I feel too happy when I'm around him. Help!

Dear The Other Woman,

I have some bad news and some good news. First, the bad news: you are not happy. You are in a relationship that is damaging to both you and this man's wife. The only person remotely benefiting from the situation is this unfaithful person you are involved with.

Now the good news: real happiness does exist. You can find someone - who's not married - to talk, laugh, cry, and have sex with. And it will be so much better. But first you need to do some work on yourself. Look at your life and decide what type of person you want to be. Do you want the adjectives selfish, dishonest, and disrespectful to describe who you are? Or would you rather have the words loving, faithful, and complete describe your behavior and your relationship? Next you need to boost your confidence. Think about what has made you do something that is undoubtedly so hurtful to yourself and this other woman. Is it because you are afraid of being alone? Is it because you think this is the best thing you can get? If so, let me tell you that a little patience can go a long way. Focus on the things you really enjoy in life (do you like running? painting? traveling?), the things that make you excited, and you will only become more desirable.

The search for love is a hard and frustrating one, but you are just going down a dark and depressing path with nothing but hurt waiting at the end of it. End things with this unavailable man, figure out why you love yourself, and then you will find someone who loves you for all those qualities too.

Robert, Kristen, and the New Moon Cast Pause to Party

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner were together for last night's special NYC screening of New Moon along with their many costars. It looks like they split up for the afterparty, though, with Robert and Kristen spotted afterward looking far more casual on their way out of a lounge in the city's Meatpacking District. The official afterparty was held in a different neighborhood at The Box, where Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr were spotted making a hasty retreat in the rain. Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed, and Peter Facinelli were also there to party with a select group, and he even stopped to pose with fans on the way out. Elizabeth Reaser and Taylor had to rest up for an appearance this morning; he headed to The Today Show, so check his interview out after the jump.

Robert Pattinson Talks Teeth and Love on Today Show

Robert Pattinson showed us lots of his many facial expressions during his visit to the NBC Studios in New York City yesterday for his appearance on The Today Show. He chatted about his teeth, Edward's love story, and joked that every rumour about him is true: check out a video of his interview after the jump, as well as his appearance on Regis and Kelly. Robert and his New Moon costars have been taking over the TV schedules in the US this week in the lead up to the film's release today, with their visit to Jimmy Kimmel showing tonight, but now the movie's finally out there the stars will get to enjoy a well-deserved rest. She had an early morning with another appearance on The Today Show, where she chatted about becoming a new mom and how Jessica is faring while filming the Price of Beauty abroad - check out the video below. Busy Ashlee will also be on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon this evening, as she keeps on promoting Melrose Place.

Robert Pattinson's Next Leading Lady Is Uma Thurman

New Moon hits the theaters today, and with it comes even more news about the future of Robert Pattinson's career: Uma Thurman has signed on to star opposite the heartthrob in the upcoming Bel Ami. Pattinson is George Duroy, a poor journalist who sleeps his way to the top in Paris, and Thurman will play the woman who eventually becomes his wife. Kristin Scott Thomas has also just signed on for the film.

Nicole Kidman's name was originally attached to the project, and I have to admit that I would have preferred to see her playing opposite Pattinson. Still, it should be interesting (to say the least) to see him in the arms of an older woman. Many of you aren't digging Pattinson's Remember Me costar Emilie de Ravin (check out the trailer here), but are you more intrigued to see him alongside one of Hollywood's seasoned veterans?
