Designers Make a Cameo on Gossip Girl

We don't know what fabulous drama will unfold in next season's Gossip Girl, but we do know who will be making a stylish cameo on the show: Tory Burch and Georgina Chapman. The two designers were spotted shooting scenes for the Oct. 5. episode. Their lips were sealed on the fashionable storyline but they did tell us that the scene will take place on a set made to look like Burch’s real life office. “I am a huge fan [of ‘Gossip Girl’],” said Chapman. “I was very nervous [on-set].” Gossip and fashion in one juicy episode? It doesn't get better than this people.

Every time I peruse Shopbop, I end up with a cart-full of amazing items. Can I afford them all? By no means, but that doesn't stop me from obsessing. The retailer has stocked a staggering amount of cold-weather gear to keep us cozy and ahead of the fashion game come Fall. I'll give you a few hints about my favorites: studs, sequins, lace, leather, mixed metals, red, and bows. This Catherine Malandrino Gramercy Jacket ($795) is one I'd like to get out of my cart and into my hands ASAP. The fusion of leather and lace, and that delicately draped front, is divine.

Bejeweled necklines just won't quit. When it looks this good, the staying power is strong. Emma Watson wore Proenza Schouler's bejeweled Resort dress to a Harry Potter photocall in London. The white and silver hues twinkle under her sweet smile. She even went the extra step and wore baby dangle earrings - just because your neckline is sparkling doesn't mean your ears can't too.
