Ben Takes the Town While His Girls Have Fun in the City

Violet Affleck was full of energy after another day of school in LA yesterday. Mom Jennifer Garner was right behind, with her hands full of Violet's many accessories. Later in the afternoon, Jen was off taking care of some business while Violet and Seraphina took a walk with their nanny. Violet was still looking enthusiastic, as she kept pace alongside Seraphina.

Ben, meanwhile, was still hard at work on The Town in Boston. He had Jon Hamm and Rebecca Hall for company, though, as they spent the afternoon filming around the city's financial district. Ben and his cast are back in Massachusetts after a recent trip to Connecticut, where they shot gambling scenes at the Mohegan Sun casino.

Ben Keeps Rolling in Boston While Jen Heads Back to LA

Ben Affleck kept warm in layers as he continued to film The Town in Boston yesterday. His costar Rebecca Hall was slightly luckier, as she worked indoors with Ben directing the scene from outside. Ben was able to enjoy lots of family time on set while his girls were in Massachusetts, but Jennifer and their daughters are back in LA. Violet's already returned to school, and Jennifer spent her afternoon yesterday shopping for flowers with baby Seraphina.

Ben and Jon Chat on Set While Jennifer and the Girls Stroll

Ben Affleck was behind the camera yesterday to film The Town in Boston. He was joined on set by costars Jon Hamm and Rebecca Hall, who were a few stories up filming behind a window. Ben didn't have Jennifer, Violet, and Seraphina around this time to keep him company, but it looks like he was busy taking charge of things from the director's seat. The girls were off having fun times of their own with a stroll through the city that's fast becoming home.

Amy Adams and Zach Galifianakis Move In to Town House

Zach Galifianakis's star continues to rise. The Hangover funny man is reportedly in talks for Town House. Loosely based on the novel by Tish Cohen, the dramedy follows an agoraphobic dad (Galifianakis) living off royalties from his rock star father - the dilemma being what to do when the money runs out. Amy Adams would play a call girl who befriends him.

Adams, aka Miss Enchanted, as a prostitute? Galifianakis as a father?! I love both of these actors, and I'm excited to see them branch out. With Tony and Ridley Scott producing, and John Carney of Once fame is attached to direct, I have high hopes for this one.

What's your take on the news? If the plot gets romantic - which I'm guessing it will - do you think Galifianakis and Adams will make a good pair? (I wonder if he'll shave that beard!)

Ben and Jon Get a Visit From Jen on Set

Jennifer Garner once again visited Ben Affleck on the set of The Town in Boston today. Violet and Seraphina joined their mom yesterday, which made for some especially sweet photos and affectionate moments between Ben and Jen. The brisk New England weather didn't get in the way of Jennifer traveling by foot, and by this time she probably knows the Boston area like a native. Ben's costar Jon Hamm was also filming while his Mad Men wife, January Jones was making jaws drop with more sexy photos.

This morning, Jennifer Garner paid Ben Affleck a visit on the Boston set of The Town. Ben's busy balancing the responsibilities of directing and acting, but he looked happy to take a break with his wife and share a rare public kiss. Violet and Seraphina soon joined the duo for some fun between takes, as Ben showed his three special ladies around his current place of work.
