Yesterday's Burberry show saw the most star-studded front row of London Fashion Week, with British stars like Victoria Beckham, Alexa Chung, Agyness Deyn, Emma Watson and Daisy Lowe rubbing shoulders with American fashionistas including Mary-Kate Olsen, Liv Tyler and Gwyneth Paltrow. Dev Patel and Freida Pinto were adorable holding hands next to Alexa, while Emma and Gwyneth had a laugh together. Victoria kept a serious face as she watched the show, and described the collection as "fantastic" and added that she'd "had a lot of fun".

It should go without saying that the desire to look your best in a photograph is innate, but to what extent does a little retouching here and softening there constitute as too much? That's just what members of the British Parliament are asking, particularly after a heavily retouched image of Twiggy, the face of Olay Definity, surfaced. Interestingly, the majority of you said you do or would Photoshop yourself to look better.

The long awaited movie Coco Before Chanel opens across the UK tomorrow as we finally get to learn about the iconic designer as portrayed by Audrey Tautou. Last night, fashionistas gathered in London's Charlotte Street Hotel to celebrate over a few glasses of champagne. Click through to see a few images from the party and maybe I'll see you at the flash mob event later today!

Step back in time with me to the beginnings of affordable fashion, the time of the miniskirt, Mary Quant and Twiggy. It was the era when the Kings Road and Carnaby Street were swinging, well, almost! This short video below brings together some of the key styles of the 1960s as models dance around in thigh skimming mini skirts and swing coats.

Lesley Hornby, or Twiggy as she is better known, is one of my favourite models of all time. She was one of the key faces of the swinging '60s and continues to appear in ad campaigns today. Imagine how excited I was then to discover that London's National Portrait Gallery are to dedicate an entire exhibit to her, and it's completely free!

Long gone are days when models became washed up before their 30th birthdays. Take "the big six" of the '90s, for instance, whose varied careers have withstood the test of time. Also take note of Twiggy, the waifish model who became the face of the '60s while still in her teenage years.

Did you know that it is currently official National Model Week? Well it is, and the event was kicked off by Coco Rocha, so to mark the occasion I will be looking back at some of the biggest models from the 20th century to the current day. Today I will begin with the swinging 1960s, which is one of my favourite eras of history.

You didn't have to be conscious in the '60s to know Twiggy. The famed model, full name Twiggy Lawson, made her mark in the modeling scene during the free-love era, capturing everyone with her waif-like figure, pixie haircut, and big baby blues. All it took was one eyelash bat and I was smitten.

Dozens of stars turned out for the South Bank Show Awards at London's Dorchester Hotel yesterday. Sophie-Ellis Bextor covered her baby bump with a pretty dress, and Emilia Fox also went floral as she made her first public appearance since announcing her divorce last week. Strictly Come Dancing's Arlene Phillips and John Sergeant put the past behind them and smiled together, and runner-up Rachel Stevens grinned wide even though it looks like Michelle Ryan will be the new Doctor Who assistant: previous assistant Freema Agyeman was also at the ceremony.

Following the world premiere of their new film in Australia last month, Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman have taken Australia around the world, from New York City to Madrid, and last night they brought Baz Luhrmann's movie to London. The director himself also walked the red carpet in Leicester Square alongside Catherine Martin, and was joined by British celebs like Elton John, David Furnish, Twiggy and Konnie Huq. Do you plan to see it?
