Confession: I love playing video games — I especially love them on the Wii because I get to move, jump, and shake myself into a tizzy. Three fitness games were released for the Wii this last week and even though it's not like doing the real deal outside, the games are a fun way to burn calories and whip your bod into shape.
Nintendo Wii Fit Plus ($20) Wii Fit Plus is Nintendo's follow-up to the popular Wii Fit.

Want to know how crazy you look when playing the Wii? Check out this video and be sure to turn up the volume. This kid does a great Wii player impersonation while laughing his butt off and singing his own Wii song.

When it comes to Wii technique, I like to think I invented the the fake out and the sneak attack, but I must give props to this girl for sharing her Wii brilliance and creative moves with the masses.

This satirical Wii vs. Playstation3 video has been around a few weeks, but since everyone I know has e-mailed it to me, I figured I'd share it with the 10 geeks out there that haven't watched it yet. I'm sure you'll notice it's a whole lot like the Mac vs.

Since most of you are fans of the online video streaming site Hulu, you may be interested in knowing that it's possible to watch some of your favorite Hulu TV shows or movies on your television using your Wii. All you need is an Internet connection, a Wii (which just so happened to go on sale today!), a PC computer (sorry Mac-heads) and PlayOn (this video will show you how to download it for free). Overall, a pretty simple way to watch Hulu content on your TV!

The Crazy Wii Videos just keep coming, but this one has to be the cutest thing I've ever seen. Nothing says "kid friendly" like a round of dance-infused air boxing.

Software company VGChartz says that Wii Sports is the world's best-selling video game, which has raised more than a few eyebrows. I certainly credit the game for being a great introduction to the Wii itself (there's a reason that it comes with the console), and to selling people on the Wii and casual gaming in general.
Best-selling is certainly different than saying it's the best (you said the best for 2008 was the Wii Fit), and I also wonder if the fact that the sales of the Wii are so good that Wii Sports is getting the props because it's included.

The only thing better than a wild Wii gamer under the age of eight is a wild Wii dad with coaching tips for his tot. This video is further proof that you can have fun playing the Wii whether you're playing it correctly or not.

I am so excited to welcome geek to the Sugar team! And while, she and I may not always see eye to eye on the benefit of video games, the Nintendo's Wii ($250) is one video game that I actually think is totally great too.
Wii is quite possibly one of the first "Fit approved" video games because instead of sitting sedentary on your couch eating chips, Wii players actually get up and move...
