A Note From Buzz: With so many new movies this week, my friend Très was nice enough to apply her scary-movie expertise to review the box office's newest zombie flick.
In the United States of Zombieland, zombies outnumber people. A mad-cow tainted burger tipped the population in favor of the drooling, limping, and grunting set, and now zombies roam a crashed-car littered, empty-minimall-blighted zombiescape.

For those of us with seriously straight hair, trying to get loose, soft curls like the ones Kat Dennings had on the red carpet for the movie Shorts can be maddening — your hair is too curly right out of the curling iron, so then you have to brush it out a little or put in some hair creme, then your curls won't stay in without a ton of hairspray, but that just makes them crunchy and heavy, so after a couple of hours they fall out anyway. It's a sad situation, but one that can be remedied. To get you curled up with the best of them, I've put together four easy tricks for getting the most out of your curl.

Funny People, a new film starring Adam Sandler, Eric Bana, Jonah Hill and Seth Rogan is about to hit theatres in the UK on 28th August. It's made quite the splash in America already with it's hysterical cast and slapstick plot. For those of you who don't already know who Leslie Mann is (think Knocked Up, The 40 Year Old Virgin and Big Daddy) she's side-splittlingly funny, charming and to boot, she has perfectly taught skin.

Kate Moss has had a busy week — she spent an eventful weekend in the Cotswolds with her man Jamie Hince, and launched the 25th anniversary Virgin Atlantic flight to New York on Monday. Last night she was supporting one of her best friends James Brown, as he launched his first hair salon in London. Kate seemed to have a laugh with her buddy as she underwent a fake consultation for the cameras, dissolving into giggles as they cuddled up.

The other day, I had a chat with the ultrafriendly celeb colorist Johnny Ramirez, of the Chris McMillan Salon in Beverly Hills, about techniques and products he used for his high-profile client, Victoria Beckham. Ramirez, who trained under famed color guru Michael Canalé (of Jennifer Aniston caramel highlights fame), also talked about where he gets his inspiration, along with color trends for Fall. Here's what he had to say:
On his approach to hair color:
- "I look at my 4-year-old daughter's hair.

So long pirates, welcome nymphs. Agent Provocateur's Spring '09 campaign, ironically dubbed the Virgins collection, takes the brand back to its in-your-face roots. Raw sensuality oozes from each shot.

There's something innocent and dreamlike about this commercial, not just in its aesthetic, but in its message: That with the right hair equipment, we can all be as virginally beautiful as Susan Dey. It seems quaint to modern eyes, but I can't help but think that Dey was a more appropriate role model for girls than some of the modern-day panty-flashers out there. Good luck trying to get the jingle out of your head .

On Tuesday night in Spain, actress Scarlett Johansson debuted a new creamy brown hair colour at the premiere of The Spirit. I love the way this shade warms up her skin, but after taking a look at some of old photos, I also like the contrast between her eyes and the deep brown shade. Check out Scarlett's smooth virginal ashy-blonde hair back in 2001.

After talking to master stylist Meredith Venesile-Spiros about getting back to your natural color in a budget friendly manner, it was clear that this job was one for a professional — at least for the initial change.
While it may be tempting to do a little kitchen sink coloring at home to save a few bucks, stop before you break out those plastic gloves and make an unintentional mistake. "The fact of the matter is, hairdressers want to help.

Tina Fey is kicking off 2009 in a big way with the January cover of Vanity Fair. She got all dressed up in red, white, and blue to honor her newfound political stardom and was happy to talk about what it was like playing and meeting Sarah Palin. The election wasn't the only thing on the 30 Rock creator's mind as she sat down with the magazine to chat about her upbringing, having more kids with her professional and personal partner Jeff Richmond, and even Lindsay Lohan.
