Too many women write to me saying that they are in wonderful relationships with amazing men, but they're unhappy with their sex lives. They say that their man doesn't know how to please them, that orgasms are either non-existent, or they're only achieved when their boyfriend isn't around.

Sex is such a huge part of a relationship, and it's so important to our personal well-beings. Sometimes sex isn't like clockwork in the bedroom, and one of the main reasons for that is many men have no idea what they're doing or how to pleasure their partner.

So guess what ladies? If you are unhappy with your sex life, you've got to stop blaming your poor clueless lover, and ask for what you want. Tell him what turns you on and show him how to do it.

If you have a hard time telling him how to turn you on, write it down. Draw diagrams and label things (maybe he has no idea where your clitoris is), and use as much detail as you can.
Some people learn better by doing, so place your hand over his hand and guide the movements that you like. Let him feel the amount of pressure and speed you like, and as he gets the hang of it, you can move your hand away.

Try not to be so orgasm-crazy. Of course, we all want to climax, but try to remember that sex is about the amazing love and incredible intimacy that you share with your partner. Just being together will feel amazing, and I tell you, if you focus on that, it'll really turn you on.

Video of the Day: Weezer's "(If You're Wondering If I Want You To) I Want You To"

I questioned the substance of Weezer's single "(If You're Wondering If I Want You To) I Want You To" off their upcoming album Raditude when I heard it a couple months ago, but the video is the kind that actually makes me like the song more.

I'm crediting the video's director, Marc Webb, who helmed (500) Days of Summer, for the retro-hip look. It's set in a '50s-ish town called "Weezerville" with tons of Americana touches, like a barber shop and plenty of era-appropriate costumes.

Watch the video and see if you don't enjoy "If You're Wondering . . ." just a little bit more. Oh, and if you ever had a crush on Rivers (I know I'm guilty), this clip might bring those old familiar feelings back. To see all the fun, just read more.

These rad, red Balmain suede booties are helping me battle my post-Halloween depression. Thank goodness for Balmain, right? The rest of my November picks are either cozy or cozy chic; it's finally time to stow my sandals and lightweight jackets and reunite with my bodacious boots and tights. I admit: I missed them. Which Member of the New Moon Cast Would You Want at Thanksgiving?

We're thankful for many things this season, one of which is all the madness and fun that have come with New Moon and Twilight. With that in mind we're wondering which member of the cast you would most like to invite to your Thanksgiving dinner. Selena Gomez Knows What Boys Want

I have good news for you Wizards of Waverly Place fans (you know who you are): Selena Gomez just nabbed another movie role. The cute Disney teen star is already slated to star in the upcoming film adaptation of Ramona and Beezus, but now, she just picked up a project with New Line titled What Boys Want.

What Boys Want will star Gomez as a teen who can hear what guys are thinking. (Not to generalize, but I'm guessing the answer is beer, sex, and boobs!) It sounds like a reboot of What Women Want for the teen set but I still think it'll be entertaining to watch. Plus, I'm glad to see Gomez growing into her own on the big screen, which can't be the easiest undertaking when you're competing with the unstoppable machine that is Miley Cyrus.

Unlike your average, boring, everyday leftovers, there's something special, almost mythical about Thanksgiving leftovers. People seem to love the leftovers as much as the main meal, and everyone wants to reinvent the turkey, cranberry, and stuffing into a new, exciting, and extraordinary dish. While I'm a huge fan of a classic sandwich or turkey tortilla soup, today I'm craving something more exotic like mashed potato spring rolls!
