The Card Shop: Hello! Lucky Wedding Invitations by Joel Dewberry and EIEIO

As if weddings weren't exciting enough, one of my favorite stationery companies, Hello!Lucky, has just launched two new collections of wedding invitations designed by the talented textile designer Joel Dewberry and decorative paper studio EIEIO. Each collection includes an average of six different designs, with varying colorways and the option to order the works: RSVP cards, save the dates, wedding announcements, thank-you cards, accommodations cards, reception cards, directions cards, menus, place cards, and seating cards.

Additionally, all of the materials can be printed either digitally or by letterpress - I'd go with the latter if I were you! My favorites are Sparrows by Joel Dewberry and Chandelier by EIEIO, each $97.50 for 25. So chic and elegant, but a bit contemporary, too. Check out all of the Sugar network's wedding coverage here!

Shopping for gifts is one of my favorite activities; I even prefer it to shopping for myself (probably because I'm too easy to please). Finding the ideal gift for a friend is a challenge that I really enjoy. So, when it comes to shopping from a wedding registry, I get kind of bummed. The Sycamore Street Press Letterpress Wedding Card ($4) washes all those tears away with a nice dose of dry humor, reading, "Spoiler Alert. Someone got you a toaster." Its light turquoise ink and envelope, heavy card stock, and Victorian dancing lady add an elegance not typically associated with your average jokester card, making it the perfect fit for such a momentous occasion.

The Card Shop: Thank-You Cards From Two Trick Pony

Laurie Mee and Carrie Siegel, the co-owners of Two Trick Pony, create delightful card designs that are screen-printed by hand on 100 percent post-consumer waste recycled paper with water-based inks. I love the retro look of their designs, and the straightforward perfection in the cards' sentiments.

Since I'm in the middle of writing thank-you cards to our wedding guests, my eye was particularly drawn to these thank-you cards ($16 for six cards and envelopes). They're graced with a simple, pretty design rendered in perfect Autumnal shades. I find that everyone appreciates a thank-you card now and then, be it for a dinner party or a random act of kindness. Why not stock up so your generosity can run rampant?

When planning your wedding, it's important to say thank you. Although a handwritten note may seem old-fashioned, it's thoughtful and shows your appreciation. Give thanks to the people who send you gifts and the people who help make your wedding happen. If a friend's friend made the wedding cake, send her a quick note expressing your gratitude.

To ensure that you send them in a timely manner - no later than three months after receiving the gift - order thank-you cards with the rest of your wedding stationery. Don't rely on the printed "Thank You" though, personalize the card with a few concise sentences. Choose cards that match the theme of your wedding or that state your names - like the vintage border cards ($69.50) seen here. Wedding Planner: A Letterpress Program For Your Big Day

As you may have noticed, I'm a big fan of letterpress, so it's probably not a surprise that my fiancé and I are considering using letterpress programs for our wedding ceremony. While not often used at more casual weddings, programs are always a lovely keepsake for guests. Traditionally, wedding programs are a small booklet featuring the couple's names front and center, although it's becoming more common to use a single sheet of paper explaining the basics of the ceremony. As I made the local rounds of letterpress printers, one company that definitely caught my eye was Hello!Lucky.

Fabulous Ways To Save The Date

These days people rarely get married without sending save the date cards. They are wonderful because they let your guests know well in advance about your wedding. Although it's not absolutely necessary, if you're having a destination wedding, be sure to send save the date cards so your friends and family can think about travel arrangements. Once you have decided on the date and location of your wedding, mail the save the date cards out to your guests, at least 6-12 months in advance. Maxed Out: 20-Something Newlyweds, $100,000 in Debt

Maxed Out is finally back with some new episodes, and it seems like the show will never run out of material. This episode is about Erin and Darryl, newly-wedded 20-somethings who have managed to dig themselves into over $100,000 in debt.

They have $16,500 in credit card debt, $25,000 in student loans, and owe their parents a whopping $60,000. At the rate they are going, it will take nine years and $39,000 in interest for them to become debt free. Find out how financial guru Alison Griffiths helps them figure out a plan when you read more.

Erin and Darryl want to stand on their own two feet in their new life together but aren't able to with the huge amount they owe. Their first priority is paying off the family loans because it "comes with interest called guilt," and Alison scares them a bit by saying their "debt will poison their future." If they continue with the way they're currently managing their debt, they won't be able to start saving until early middle age.

Alison creates a penny pinching budget with the main goal of debt repayment. Her plan increases debt payments enough for them to be debt free in half that time and save $20,000 in interest. Instead of a nine-year plan, they'd be on a five-year plan if they follow Alison's advice. She also strongly recommends they sell their second vehicle and move to a cheaper apartment because their rent is about $250 more per month than they can afford.

A huge amount of debt like theirs is overwhelming, but they found themselves in "debt hell" because they avoided looking at the real numbers, and spent when they didn't have the money to spend. Erin and Darryl didn't even have an estimate for how much they spent on their wedding - the receipts were kept in a plastic bag but they never added up the amounts. The good news is they're on their way to becoming debt free and their money habits should be better for the rest of their lives.

Robbie Is Ready For Marriage and Babies (Almost) With Ayda

Robbie Williams appeared on Loose Women yesterday, and he had quite the loose tongue as he shared his plans for the future with girlfriend Ayda Field. Following Mark Owen's wedding at the weekend (which he revealed he didn't attend, contrary to reports), Carol McGiffin asked Robbie if he was thinking of proposing to Ayda, and he replied: "I might be... it could be on the cards, yeah". When it comes to babies, however, Rob's not quite there yet, saying: "She wants them right now - but we’ve got to have the time to get up at half past twelve and go to bed at four in the morning and just enjoy ourselves". Robbie kept his cards close to his chest about a Take That reunion by saying: "I can’t give a definitive answer but I want it to happen. I need to see where my head takes me and if they want me to... I want to get the balance right. I want to do something to relax, something for fun." Exciting! Check out his interview below.
