A man who wears patterned suspenders over a gray shirt in a tacky parody of what a Wall Street trader would wear cannot afford to be as picky as this douchenozzle. John Fitzgerald, the infamous and delusional online dater — who Gawker calls "the worst person in the world" and who PetSugar is obsessed with — gets followed around by the Dr. Phil camera crew (douche overload!) and displays how picky he is about women.

The Vampire Diaries must be doing something right, because the CW just ordered nine more episodes of the freshman series. I'm pretty psyched — with its third episode, "Friday Night Bites," Diaries has become one of my favorites of the Fall season.
Even though I've been gushing over Ian Somerhalder's Damon, this week the episode belonged to sensitive Stefan, who put down the blood bag, picked up the football, and brought out the high-school girl in me, who roots for the hot quarterback.

With Top Chef Masters officially over we can finally turn our attention to getting to know the 16 remaining chefs on Top Chef Vegas. The second episode aired last night and after watching, I've come to several conclusions. Mike might be the world's biggest douche, Kevin's beard and Jesse's lip ring are distracting, and Jennifer scares me.

I bet Megan Hauserman (previously from Rock of Love 2 and I Love Money) did not think that her money-hungry ways could blind her from seeing a potential murderer in her midst. But that’s exactly what happens on Megan Wants a Millionaire, VH1’s show about a bunch of douches who want to date a gold-digger. It turns out that contestant Ryan Jenkins is a person of interest in the murder of his wife, Jasmine Fiore, whom he married (and possibly killed!) after the show finished taping.

We know the rallying cry of douchebags and knuckleheads everywhere: "Bros before hos!" This means that even though these guys will spend every waking moment trying to bag a "ho," ultimately, their bros are more important. I've heard the female rejoinder — "Chicks before dicks" — but I wonder if we could come up with a better one.

Women are more prone to bladder infections than men, and one in five will get one in her lifetime. Bladder infections, also known as urinary tract infections (UTI), account for 10 million doctor visits every year, most of which could be avoided if you knew how to prevent this problem. When bacteria makes its way into the urethra, the tube that carries urine from your bladder to the outside of your body, you can end up with a UTI and symptoms that include cloudy or bloody urine, a frequent or urgent need to use the bathroom, pain or burning during urination, and pressure in the lower pelvis.
