Has Your Job Caused Weight Gain?
Many of us sit at a desk for eight hours (or more) a day, which doesn't do much for burning calories. Since we're so busy, we grab quick and often unhealthy lunches, beat afternoon slumps with Coke and sweets, and don't always have time to fit in a workout.
Even though we know how to avoid weight gain at the office, the dangerous combination of stress, eating junk food, and not moving a whole lot can translate to increasing numbers on the scale.

I had a co-worker fix my computer and forgot I have several pictures on there of me in my underwear. I was documenting my weight loss so they aren't at all sexy in my opinion. I want to ask him if he saw them but I'm too embarrassed.

In the past, whenever my co-workers and I got hungry, we would hightail it to the nearest food mart — some of my colleagues never even made it past the break room vending machine. Not only is this bad for the wallet, it's also bad for the waistline. Mostly everything in a vending machine is crap, and most mini marts don't offer much beyond chips and candy.

What's the Most Realistic Work-Based TV Show of 2009?
I love a good workplace TV show. Between the crazy comedy and the drama that can occur in our real-life offices, you've gotta admit, some aspects of these shows aren't totally off base. So, while I'm hoping no one out there really has to deal with a co-worker like The Office's Dwight, I'm sure someone has to put up with the antics of a similar character in her own workplace.
