The Hills star Kristin Cavallari enjoyed the sunny weather in Beverly Hills wearing a simple white tee dress and tan studded sandals. Check out how she added a tough edge to her ensemble by contrasting her simple frock with a leather military jacket by A.L.C. The yellow scarf also adds a nice pop of color. Her favorite Alexander Wang Coco bag, Tom Ford sunnies, and fun, layered bracelets finish her funk.

FABTV: Young MC "Bust a Move"

I was that girl rocking out to this song in the purple haze Mini Cooper this week. This video is so '89. Biker shorts, bustier tops, leather jackets, cat eye sunglasses - oh wait, that could be the runways circa '09. Everything old is new again, and all you have to do is just bust a move. Young MC delivered a feast for the eyes and ears with this one, how can you not sing along? Notice: even the girl in yellow who says hello is in boyfriend jeans. But the best dressed overall is the Red Hot Chili Peppers' Flea in his manimal pants. It's fun for the whole fam!

I Want This Wardrobe: Confessions of a Shopaholic, Rebecca Bloomwood

I wasn't messing around when I said Rebecca Bloomwood loves color. But besides color, she also has a thing for layering. Just look - this outfit starts off with a black and white Vicki Tiel dress, followed by a black Givenchy eyelet jacket, cinched with a yellow belt. Yellow Christian Louboutin pumps, yellow leather gloves, red sunnies, and a kelly green metallic Nila Anthony bag make up her accessories. Let's not forget her Roberto Cavalli horn earrings and Versace gold medallion necklace. And finally, a vintage yellow coat pulls it all together. Phew! Can you tell Rebecca hearts yellow?!

Matthew Williamson For H&M Burns Through Foggy San Fran

Breathe in, breathe out. This was me last night when trying to fall asleep. You know when you're so excited for something insomnia ensues and obsession overpowers? You all know I've been anticipating Matthew Williamson's H&M collection since the news broke, but I didn't expect to turn groupie . . .
Rise and shine, join the line at the Powell Street H&M. The line was only about eight stylistas deep at this point. PartySugar, also a MW groupie, joined me around 7:30 a.m. - store opens at 10. But something had been brewing behind Fab's scenes, I just didn't want to jinx anything. And then, the fashion gods looked down upon me, and I got the email - I was granted early press access. Not to shop mind you, but to enter the store (this was about 9ish), survey the scene, try things on, take pics, and revel in MWHM. I already had my wish list, as did Party, so you can imagine our elation.

The West Coast district manager, Alexis, dished on how she thought this was the most commercially viable designer collection. Agreed. She was gaga over the leather jacket and the hot pink gold-studded belt. Interestingly, this SF store gets more stock of the designer goods than LA's Beverly Center store; who said SF didn't love to shop? We also chatted about Phase II - the Summer collection, hitting stores May 14. Alexis promised hot bikinis and a fresh geometric print overnight bag (stay tuned for pics!). I had to ask if Missoni for H&M is up next and she replied "no comment" which leads me to think it's true since the news broke just yesterday and she knew what I was talking about, sneaky Fab.

We were able to hang tight inside the store, out of the fog, but still not shop, until doors opened at 10 a.m. But our plans of attack were in place. And like that - mayhem. This was my first time really tolerating this. I missed the first collection, Karl Lagerfeld, slept through Stella McCartney, slacked on Viktor & Rolf, cried post Roberto Cavalli, and gave up on Commes de Garcons. But not Matthew. This was my H&M collection. And so, I raced though the racks plucking my new babies, calm as a clam.

The dramatic ruffled print maxi dress was the first to go. And in person, this one was amazing; the black sequined detailing was divine. The short version of this was a hot one, too. And as celebrities still work their PR magic, the sequined artsy dress worn by Ginnifer Goodwin and the peacock dress modeled by both Nicky Hilton and Katy Perry were gone in no time. None of these screamed Fab. I added the glam rockin' blue blazer, the yellow embroidered top, the pink feathered cardigan, the butterfly tee, and the hot pink studded belt to my arsenal.

Trend Alert: Colored Leather Jackets

90210 cutie Jessica Stroup is looking subtly tough in her baby blue leather jacket. Not to mention this jacket makes her baby blues pop. Gorgeous. You've probably already snatched up a black leather jacket, and if you're craving more buttery leather, shake things up with a colored leather jacket. I recommend sticking to jewel tones - purple, blue, burgundy - or neutrals. Let's face it: when it comes to leather, happy colors like orange and yellow just don't fly.

Celebrity Style: Lauren Conrad

Whether or not Lauren Conrad returns to The Hills, one thing is for sure: She's going to continue having a good time. Over the weekend, the reality starlet visited LA's hottest club, My House, wearing a simple yellow t-shirt dress and an M by Madonna for H&M leather jacket. The most expensive pieces in her ensemble are her Chanel clutch and Christian Louboutin lace-up heels. The rhinestone necklace supplies much-needed sparkle, while her signature braid adds boho flavor.

Look of the Day: Playing With Proportions

GemV purchased a new feather belt, but what I'm particularly drawn to is her playing with proportions. Notice that her leather jacket is cropped, while her gray sweater is hip-length, and her yellow cardigan is slightly longer. Way to pull it off effortlessly.

Fab Finds of the Week: Mellow Yellow

As the song goes, " . . . they call me mellow yellow . . . ", but soon they'll be calling you mellow yellow. That's because this week's Fab Find's were in shades of dusty dandelion. Whether a cardigan, a leather jacket, or a pair of earrings, this chipper color feels very 70s but still modern. London Fashion Week, Spring 2009: Mulberry

Mulberry gave us a preview of their Spring 2009 collection yesterday. This is the first collection by new creative director Emma Hill who took over from Stuart Vevers (now at Loewe).

As it's a fresh start (and spring) she opted for plenty of bright, fresh colours including yellow, blue and fuschia. She also used a range of lightweight fabrics including a gorgeous light cracked leather for a purple jacket which is sure to become a must-have.

Whilst most of the handbags were variations on existing iconic bag styles (including a smaller version of the Mabel) there were new additions including the Jenah (d-clasp) and the Mitzy (slouchy with gold button detail).

Most of the talk on leaving the presentation was about the footwear which has definitely become a new focus for the brand. There were cute brightly coloured ankle boots, stacked heel loafers and boots with buckle detail.

Cruise 2008: Gucci

You can't go wrong with black and white - that seems to be what Frida Giannini kept telling herself when she was designing the Gucci cruise collection. Because black and white the collection was, in all patterns, shapes, and forms. Slips of orange, green, yellow, and red punctuated the pieces and prevented it all from turning into a black and white blur. Frida also took a nod to the fifties, with full swing skirts, rockabilly shoes, checkerboard prints, and patched leather jackets abundant.

I would have left behind the tired leather driving gloves, but there are definitely some very classy pieces in this collection. And I do love the bright yellow trench with the dark skinny pants.
