Will Young Tries Out Pregnancy and Backs X Factor's Joe

Will Young flashed a smile as he arrived at a radio station in Manchester yesterday. He was looking his usual stylish self, but he tried out a new look in his video for "Hopes And Fears": pregnancy! Will attends antenatal classes and decorates the nursery in the video, all with a big baby bump: check out the video after the jump. The single is taken from Will's album The Hits, due out next month ahead of his tour. Will took time out from his own music career to help Cheryl Cole pick her three acts on The X Factor, and he's backing Joe McElderry, saying:

"He is my dark horse. I just think he’s got something. He was really nice and was very good. He had a few things he needed to work on, but I hope he listened to what I said to him. Watch him! I’m even going to put a bet on him – oops, I shouldn’t have said that!"

LL Hosts Rocking Beyonce, Gwen, and Fergie in Singapore

Lindsay Lohan played host at the F1 Rocks music festival in Singapore over the weekend. After spending some time exploring the area with Samantha Ronson, LL installed herself in the front row and Twittered up a storm as Beyonce Knowles and the Black Eyed Peas took the stage Friday and No Doubt did their thing on Saturday. Lindsay also complained about being videotaped when she tried to let loose after the shows, decked out in quite the skin-tight outfit. Lindsay will be off to Paris next for the Ungaro show during the city's Fashion Week, but trouble is apparently brewing back home now that she's facing a possible lawsuit over an unpaid car rental bill.

Emily, Rupert and Royal Friends Take Young Victoria to TIFF

Emily Blunt and Sarah Ferguson left the front rows of New York and swapped fashion for film at the premiere of The Young Victoria. The Brits were joined at the Toronto Film Festival by Sarah's daughters, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, as well as Emily's costar Rupert Friend. Emily didn't have her new fiance by her side, as John Krasinski was living it up in Los Angeles at the Emmy Awards, and unlike the London premiere Keira Knightley didn't join Rupert, so the gorgeous costars kept each other company on the red carpet.

The lineup for this year's T4 on the Beach is awesome, with a huge number of acts getting ready to wow the crowds on Sunday. I'm particularly excited to see Alesha Dixon, The Saturdays, Will Young, Little Boots, JLS and Florence & The Machine. Other artists include Dizzee Rascal, N-Dubz, The Noisettes, The Enemy, Gossip, Tommy Reilly, The Maccabees, Basement Jaxx, Fightstar, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and many more. Just Because You're Young . . .

Youth might be wasted on the young, but according to the CDC, American youths have lost some healthy vigor. While insurance companies refer to young adults, ages 18 to 29, as "young invincibles," this demographic is not as healthy as most of us believe. Here are a few stats compiled by the CDC:

One-third of this age demographic are cigarette smokers.
Nearly a quarter of young adults are considered obese.
Almost two-thirds of 18- to 29-year-olds report having no regular physical activity in their leisure time.
This group has among the highest injury accident rate leading to ER visits.

Most 20-somethings are not concerned about the long-term effects of their lifestyle habits, but heart disease and diabetes are long-term health conditions that seem to be starting earlier and earlier in the lives of Americans. Young adults may be setting themselves up for chronic health conditions later in life by smoking, being overweight, and not exercising. If you smoke, once again I urge you to quit. It is one of the best things you can do for your health. If you're lacking physical activity, get off the couch and go for a walk. It is a great way to get exercise and see the world.

Toby Young on Board For Top Chef 6

While we're busy trying to guess where the sixth season of Top Chef will take place, one rumor concerning the reality competition has been confirmed: the infamous Toby Young will be back as a judge.

Earlier today, the British food critic told The Feedbag, "Yup. I’ll be a regular, alternating with the lovely Gail. I can’t blame you for hating me. If I was a viewer I’d much prefer to watch Gail, too."

I've always enjoyed Gail as a judge and found Toby's crazy metaphors to be pretentious and annoying. Still, I will be watching when it debuts next Fall!

Scarlett Leads The Pack In Black At London Party

Scarlett Johansson was in London last night to attend the Tribute To Cinema party at Big Sky Studios alongside Thandie Newton, Rachel Stevens, Will Young, Michelle Collins, Joseph Fiennes, Jamie Dornan and Eva Herzigova. Mark Ronson and his girlfriend Tennessee Thomas also attended, looking as comfortable at the swanky party as they had at the pub on Sunday! Many of the ladies went with basic black outfits, from Rachel Stevens' jumpsuit - get her look here - to Thandie, Alice Dellal and Scarlett's LBDs, Will Young even carried the trend to his still dyed black hair!

The Young Victoria - See It or Skip It?

Emily Blunt is one of my favourite young British actresses, and as well as taking centre stage on the front cover of Harper's Bazaar this month, she's playing the young Queen Victoria in a new movie about the monarch's early life opposite Keira Knightley's man, Rupert Friend. The movie is simply called The Young Victoria and will be released on March 6, take a look at the trailer and tell me - will you see it or will you skip it?

Daniel and Will Say No To Knives, Yes To Art

Daniel Radcliffe and Will Young were among the guests at the Art Against Knives charity auction in Shoreditch, London last night, getting their art on alongside creative types including Tracey Emin. Will's been resting since he had his tonsils removed, to ensure he's back to his best for the summer shows he's appearing at, which include the Isle of Wight Festival and V 2009. What do you think of his bearded look? Meanwhile Daniel is gearing up to do publicity for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which is released in July, so it looks like both he and Will are enjoying the calm before the storm of work they have brewing!
