Missed out on tickets to see Arcade Fire tonight at Madison Square Garden? Don't live anywhere near NYC? No problem! YouTube and Vevo are partnering up to bring you Arcade Fire live from NYC via a Terry Gilliam-produced stream on YouTube. Starting at 10 p.m. EDT (7 p.m. PDT), all you have to do is head to the Arcade Fire Unstaged YouTube page, hit play, and skip the concert tickets and bathroom lines.
More than just a live stream, you can also watch a preshow Q&A session conduced by Terry Gilliam, choose your camera angles during the show to get a customized viewing experience, and in an homage to their latest album title, you can submit and upload photos of your own suburban neighborhood to the band's "Unstaged Suburb Project," and they'll share their favorites during the show! YouTube and Vevo have lots more in store for their Unstaged project and will be broadcasting shows from John Legend and The Roots, among others to come.
