The Beatles Prices on iTunes

It's Official: The Beatles Now Available in iTunes

It's been a long time coming, but The Beatles have finally made their debut on iTunes! Starting today, you can grab the entire Beatles collection for $150, double albums for $20, or pick and choose your favorite tunes for $1.29 each. What's more, there's an impressive number of new Apple Beatles iTunes ads and a beautiful video tour of The Beatles through the years for your browsing pleasure.

With Steve Jobs being the huge Beatles fan that he is, it doesn't really come as a surprise that he and Apple finally made this addition happen, and it seems that the remaining members of the group — Sir Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, along with Olivia Harrison and Yoko Ono Lennon — were willing to put their differences with Apple behind them to open up the world of The Beatles to a new digital generation. Find out what some of them had to say after the break.

Ringo Starr expressed his relief by saying he is "particularly glad to no longer be asked when The Beatles are coming to iTunes," while Yoko Ono Lennon seemed happy to celebrate John Lennon's 70th year with the new digital collection. She said:

In the joyful spirit of "Give Peace A Chance", I think it is so appropriate that we are doing this on John’s 70th birthday year.

All you need is love, right?
