The BlackBerry Pearl 8130 Offers Video Recording

This hot off the press news from The Boy Genius Report is kinda a big deal in my world. Research In Motion (the big wigs of BlackBerry) have just announced that the BlackBerry Pearl 8130 features an updated visual interface and lots of wonderful new features. The new and improved Pearl comes with a 2.0 megapixel camera that includes video recording capabilities—something my iPhone doesn't even have! You can even choose which resolution you want to capture your video with for easy sharing via MMS. Also included is the built-in GPS—our BlackBerry prayers have certainly been answered! ooh! I hope it comes to t-mobile soon... Otherwise I might just get the 8100 this week. I hate waiting, but video capability is really important.

Sigh. The iPhone is seriously lacking. But video? My boyfriend's typical "free with contract" phone can even do that.
