Delete Facebook Feature Being Tested

Facebook Testing New Account Delete Feature

Mark Zuckerberg recently told Diane Sawyer that the Dislike button could be a possibility in the future, and now Facebook is testing out a new feature that could allow users to delete their Facebook accounts in just a few clicks. Currently, you must send Facebook a deactivation request, then wait two weeks before your profile is actually scrapped from the web. I've always thought this process was a bit tiresome, and apparently after the recent "Quit Facebook" trend, the company thought so, too.

This feature isn't available for all users just yet, but Facebook has confirmed that it is currently being tested by a small number of account holders. However, the company offered no word on if it would be rolled out to all users soon.

There are going to be a lot of teenage and college girls regretting their decision to delete forever! I like the re-activation option...I think a lot of people make use of it.
