Coming soon to AT&T, this Android 2.1-powered phone looks pretty impressive. The Captivate is stocked with a four-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display that not only gives you a better viewing experience (Super AMOLED is said to be 20 percent brighter, come with 80 percent less sunlight reflection, and use 20 percent less power than regular AMOLED screens), but will be thinner since the layer that detects touch is integrated into the screen, rather than being stacked on top.

The Captivate is fast — it boasts HSPA 3G connectivity (for faster uploads and downloads), a 1Ghz Hummingbird processor (that blows away the competition), and Wireless-N (which produces faster data rates over WiFi; also comes in the iPhone 4).
