Do Video Games Really 'Make Drivers Go Faster'?

Do Video Games Really 'Make Drivers Go Faster'?

After the next time you have a video game fest then hop in the car and be sure to pay attention to how fast you're driving. More than a third of young drivers are more likely to go faster on the roads after playing on-screen driving games, according to the BBC.

Apparently, 27 percent of motorists aged 16 to 24 admitted more risk-taking on the road after a gaming session. The poll also found that 34 percent of the 1,000 young drivers questioned think computer games can improve real-life driving ability, with two in five reckoning the games can help their reflexes.

So what about you, do video games get your adrenaline pumping?

Haha, I tried out this full Fiat car simulator that played Need for Speed. Here I am plowing into cars and reaching speeds exceeding 120MPH and then want to do something similar when it's time to leave. Good thing that I'm not allowed to drive in Turkey. I'd be a problem.
