On the other hand, tech can hurt relationships, too. Facebook is cited in one out of every five divorces in the US, and that statistic doesn't even count those breakups and divorces where Facebook played a role but wasn't necessarily formally cited. And now that a whole new etiquette code has essentially been established to deal with new issues caused by technology, there's more to remember, more room for error, and potentially more room for failure.
