i'm a fan of my icurve along with the keyboard and mouse combo, and seems like this product is in the same vein. i am a student and spend a lot of time staring at the computer screen for one reason or another, and i have to say i have had a lot less back and arm pain since i have this makeshift desktop. and not only do people think i'm not a geek for having it on my desk at home, but i have inspired some people to also go out and get the same setup. so it's the best of both worlds, truly a portable desktop.

I agree. I have friends that use these at work with an external keyboard and mouse, but it seems so silly...why not just use a desktop? One of the things that I like about my MacBook is that when I'm doing something at work that doesn't require me to be on the computer, I can just shut it and push it aside. This, and the keyboard and mouse, would take up so much room on my desk...if only there was a better way to improve laptop posture without going to these lengths.

this kinda defeats the whole 'lap' part of lap top, I like the idea for when you bring it home and dual screen, but otherwise I think it needs to be more of a TV tray design. something that goes over your lap, with the legs on either side of you, but not solid to allow air nice air flow.
