What's Your Preferred Tablet Size?

After getting a sneak peek at the Samsung Galaxy Tab last week, it was finally made official yesterday. This 7-inch multitouch tablet comes stocked with the Android 2.2 OS, WiFi, GPS, and Flash support, along with a rear-facing 3MP camera (with flash) and a front-facing 1.3MP camera, MicroSD card slot (expandable up to 32GB), and HD (1080p) playback, and it will be launched in Europe, Korea, and the US this Fall.

Impressive, but I have one question — is 7 inches too small? I mean, we already have 4-inch smartphones and 9-inch tablets. 7 inches seems a bit awkward to me since it's too big to fit in your pocket and too small to really "work" on the thing.
