Heartbeat Indicator Mouse: Geek And Chic

The Heartbeat Indicator combo combines a regular computer mouse with a health monitoring gadget for the user. Designed by Kwok Lau, the device uses touch sensors, which are inside the mouse to detect the user's health situation. If a health issue arises (say increased blood pressure and the like) the device will send an alert to the hospital or their caregiver's cell phones through the network by PC on a regular time schedule.

I think it would be cool to monitor your own stats, but not to have them sent to anyone else. Hopefully, if you can use a mouse, you can pick up a phone...

I dunno about this. The hospitals may become over-crowded with false alerts from the porn surfers out there!
