Seems like a good idea, I'd try it. I usually just put my clothes in the dryer with a bounce sheet or a hanky sprayed with febreze.

I do the same thing as Nightwind. The steam really refreshes clothes. As for the hanger, I thought you had to supply power to ionic plates for them to work? Maybe you have to "charge" this before you use it?

What I do is place the clothing item on a hanger, and hang it up in my bathroom as I take a shower. I close the bathroom door to keep the steam in. The steam from the shower takes away the cigarette smell off my clothes. When everything cools down the smoke smell is gone.

But how does it work? It's kind of vague, right? I hate cig smoke in bars and restaurants, but depending on your exposure, hanging the clothes out in the air overnight can do the trick.
