Although Amazon has only sold the Kindle thus far on its website, this photo from a Target inventory handheld suggests that the 6-inch Kindle may in fact be making its way from online-only sales to physical shelves for $260. With the iPad hot on the Kindle's heels, it would make sense that Amazon let customers play with the ereader before purchasing (like Barnes and Noble did with the Nook), plus, it would give people easy access to the device at a big box store like Target. You already know Target is one of my favorite places to shop, so personally I'd love to see the Kindle on the shelves! Does being able to get your hands on a gadget beforehand make you more apt to buy?
