1 Star Wars Fan Spent a Year Building This INSANE Lego Millennium Falcon

Did you really think Star Wars mania had reached its peak? None of it can compare to one fan's Lego creation of a Millennium Falcon that is insanely detailed.

The fan, Hannes Tscharner, who also goes by the Flickr username marshal banana, lives in Germany and spent an entire year planning and building the biggest hunk of junk in the galaxy. He used a total of 7,500 pieces and laments on his Flickr page that he couldn't build the interior fully. The ship weighs 22 pounds and lights up in certain areas.

It's hard not to be impressed when you see the details on the Millennium Falcon. Take a look at some of his photos, and just imagine devoting your time to creating something like this.

May the Force be with this ship and any dreams you have of building one like it.
