Microsoft Office For iPad Available Today (Finally!)

On Thursday, Microsoft announced a native Office suite for the iPad would go live on the App Store at 11 a.m. PDT the same day. Available in the software suite are the classics: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Anyone who's already an Office 365 subscriber will have free access to the full capabilities — including editing and annotation — of Office for iPad in addition to the access they already have on desktops and browsers. Nonsubscribers will be able to read and present Office content from their iPads for free.

Office for iPad, screenshots of which can be seen below, has iOS 7's flat, minimalist aesthetic. Thanks to Microsoft's cloud storage system, OneDrive, multiple users can work in and edit a document at the same time in Office for iPad.
