I have the centro and I love it. It's small and I love all the features of it. The internet is faster than previous palm models and the picture qualityis also better in this model. The feature that I love is the touch screen. I have the red but they also have a black and a pink centro.

They usually make that part silver/another color because thats for an easy way to dial phone numbers. If you find a closer pic of it you see numbers on that section. My friend has one and I was so shocked at how small it is. I think pictures of it in magazines look wayyy bigger.

I love my Palm Centro. I just got it. You cad add Palm Software to it as well. It was $149.00 w/a $50 rebate as I am a new customer to Sprint. Which I think is the only carrier who has it. I'm so happy with it! It keeps my calendar, it has music, contacts, and games. I opted out of internet access, but sprint only charges $15 a month for it. I've heard Verizon is a lot more.

I don't care for Palm phones; I prefer Blackberry or if I had the cash an Iphone. Go to wirefly(online) and you can get a blackberry for a great price; and there's rebates. Love that laptop bag and frame! very cool.

The centro is always like that. I have one. It's unbelievably small, yet incredibly easy to type on. Another interesting fact... while the phone is 100 dollars with a NEW plan or you are due up for a phone upgrade, if it's any other time, like when I got mine because I simply had to have it, it'll cost you a pretty penny like all the other 400 dollar pdas.

I'm sorry but wouldn't it be better to donate $200 so the kids can eat? I'm all for ending the digital divide, but I think there are more pressing issues.

I'm just wondering if the Palm Centro is supposed to look like that all the time-- with the top and bottom half red and the middle part silver? Or does the middle part only show if you pull on the top and bottom? Because it just looks a little odd like that. But besides that, it really is a good price and I like the red color :)
