I have the two disk at a time plan on Netflix, and I thought I already was paying $15 dollars a month for it, so the price hike doesn't really affect me (the plan is actually $14 now). If they had streaming on their entire library, I'd downgrade to the $8 streaming-only account. Their selection of streaming titles is a nice bonus to renting the disks, but it's nowhere near robust enough for me to be interested in having streaming only. Hopefully though this means that they're moving towards an all-streaming future? I'd like to not have to bother with sending back disks :P
