Your worst nightmare could be coming true. Netflix, the streaming service that made commercials and fast-forwarding commercials obsolete, may soon run ads, according to reports. Binge-watching will never be the same. "Some members in a limited test now are seeing teases before a show begins," said Netflix in a statement. The good news is that ads will only run for Netflix original series, like House of Cards and Orange Is the New Black. The company says it has no current plans to run third-party ads. Let's hope it stays that way. Or else we'll fall into a deep depression, without endless commercial-free episodes of Gilmore Girls to console us.
