With filming of a new Time Lord officially on in the land of Doctor Who, fans are getting their first look at the costume that will define Peter Capaldi's Twelfth Doctor [1]. As with Eleven's Harris tweed, Twelve's costume is influenced by the UK, including a navy Crombie coat with red lining and black Dr. Martens shoes. The "Rebel Time Lord [2]" look was created by Doctor Who costume designer Howard Burden.
