We already know the potential exergaming magic that will come with Microsoft's Kinect motion-control system, but we didn't know when it would hit shelves. Thankfully, Microsoft's official E3 press conference kicked things off this morning with a few exciting announcements. First up, Kinect will be hitting shelves on November 4 (reportedly for $150) and will come correct with voice control, video chatting, and facial recognition abilities. Accompanying the new Kinect system is the new, slimmer Xbox 360 in black. Coming with a 250GB hard drive and built-in WiFi, you can get your hands on the new model this week for $299
Finally, the latest installment to one of my favorite franchises, Fable III, will be launching on Oct. 26. Coming on the Xbox 360 and PC, Fable III will feature the voices of Ben Kingsley and John Cleese and will keep your faithful dog by your side. The game also includes a new and exciting storyline — check out the brand-new E3 trailer after the break.
