Tonight, President Obama is taking the stage to speak to the nation about the Gulf oil disaster at 8 p.m. EDT/5 p.m. PDT. But before the speech begins, you'll have a chance to submit your own burning questions about the Gulf oil leak directly to the White House.

Yesterday, Press Secretary Robert Gibbs announced that he'll be answering public questions live on YouTube following the president's speech. You can upload your video now at the White House YouTube page, then tune in to see if yours will be answered before the nation and learn what's being done to stop the spreading leak. Hear from Gibbs directly after the break.

I have proof that Salazar doesn't care about complying with statutory regulations. When Salazar was CO AG, I complained that Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency didn't file the claims handling procedures report required annually by CRS 24-10-115.5 (5). The verified attorney bills show that this was discussed with Salazar who at the time was CO AG, and he allowed CIRSA to continue to sell insurance in CO without filing a report of its claims handling procedures. For proof see D of CO 02-cv-1950 document 465. Furthermore, Salazar knew that CIRSA is not registered in CO as a corporation, partnership, local government or state agency.
