Send Service Problems to AT&T Customer Service Without Calling With an App

Want to Complain About Poor Service? There's an App For That

Honestly, I am overjoyed that I found this app and could share it with the rest of you iPhone users out there. Although I love my iPhone, the service of AT&T can sometimes leave a little to be desired. I'm sure this is true for every cell network, but dropped calls and missing bars when you supposedly have "the best network in the country" is not a recipe I want to chow down on.

Additionally, I hate calling into customer service (which I've lamented about in previous posts), so this app is literally a sanity saver. Called Mark The Spot, this app allows you to report problems in service straight to AT&T without even calling into the 800 number. Just allow the app to use your location, select your problem (whether it be dropped calls, no service, or even poor voice quality), and send. It's really that easy. Best part? It's free!

Awesome idea! Perhaps this is because I'm in a smaller city (with 3G), but I've never had a call drop. The only problems I've had have been related to Twitterific and I'm never sure if that's just the app or if it really has something to do with my service. Those of you who have problems, are you in bigger cities?

all service providers should have something like this. Where at&t doesn't suck, others do.

This is just funny cause if you weren't on ATT to begin with, you wouldn't have to worry about it! What came first...the crappy network or the app to report the networks crappyness?

my boyfriend and I just downloaded this the other day, and it's already been used. It's really pretty handy, and I agree tarabara. I hope they actually listen to the entries.

I saw this on the news last night. I think it's a great idea!! Hopefully it's not just a gimmick for appearances and that AT&T will be truly committed to fixing these issues.
