The "James Bond-y moment" (as described by Louise Brealey [2], aka Molly) was the extremely hot kiss between Sherlock Holmes and dear, sweet Molly.
Yes, this imagined moment didn't actually happen (in real life or between the characters), but as we can all relate to Molly's unrequited love for Benedict, er, Sherlock, this lip-lock was pretty much a dream come true. And the hair tousle? We have Louise to thank for that.
