Hold on to Your Lightsabers! Disney Announced Major News About the Star Wars Cruise

Ready to transport yourself to a galaxy far, far away? Well, get excited, because Disney Cruise Line just announced that it will be offering its epic Star Wars Day at Sea again on 15 of its ships in early 2018! But if you can't possibly wait until next year, there are plenty of opportunities to set sail on this journey in 2017.

In case you haven't heard of this legendary event, it's a day-long celebration of all things galactic aboard Disney Fantasy cruises to the Caribbean. For one day of the journey, the ship's decks are flooded with Stormtroopers, droids, and Wookiees for movie screenings, deck parties, and character interactions. Sounds out-of-this-galaxy, right? We were lucky enough to attend the maiden voyage of this epic journey last year, so we have the inside scoop on what the day is really like. Spoiler alert: it was just as darn amazing as it sounds.
