Traineo Helps You Track Your Weight Loss Goals

Website of the Day: Traineo

If all this food blogging is starting to effect your waistline, then kick your resolutions into high gear with Traineo. This website makes it insanely easy to track your weight loss goals so you can drop the pounds without all the fuss of math equations.

Just enter your stats (current weight, height, goal weight, etc.), and Traineo will give you a detailed graph of your weight loss progress as you move along, as well as projected weights for the future and tells you exactly how many calories you can ingest each day to reach your goals. Even a caveman could use this website and drop pounds, it's that simple. Plus, with a free account, you'll get access to other Traineo members in the community so you can swap stories and tips so you stay motivated. Sounds like just the thing to accompany FitSugar's Get Fit For 2010 contest!

I'm not too impressed with traineo because I'm on a tight budget and all of the features that I would want to use are part of the subscription. I can see using it if I were into the community aspect of it, but otherwise I just canceled my account.
