WaSaBi Shows off Their Wii Skins at the 2009 Tokyo Game Show

WaSaBi Designer Console Skins: Love or Leave?

I caught these designer console skins from WaSaBi while cruising the merch area at this year's Tokyo Game Show, and spent about ten minutes trying to decide on whether or not to splurge. I'm kind of loving the cherry blossom theme on the right, but I can't tell if it would take away from the natural and minimalist feel of the Wii, and/or clash with the rest of my decor. The other designs are pretty sweet too but still, I've never been one to mod my consoles, even if it's with a $20 skin. Help me decide — what do you think?

they're pretty, but i'd rather decorate something that's out & visible more than the wii... only a 2" strip of it is really showing at any given time so it seems kind of pointless.
