Nintendo posted the size on their site: "Approximately 1.8 inches tall, 6.8 inches wide and 10.5 inches long." If Wikipedia is to be believed, that's bigger than the Wii: " it measures 44 mm (1.73 in) wide, 157 mm (6.18 in) tall and 215.4 mm (8.48 in) deep in its vertical orientation" But not a whole lot bigger. I'd say that it looks pretty cool, but it looks like you can't stand it vertically anymore, there probably aren't any connectors for GameCube controllers, and interestingly, the red "Sync" button has been moved to the front, outside of the hidden door.

Honestly, at this point I couldn't care much less about a new console from Nintendo unfortunately. I don't care about gimmicks - I care about games that make me want to play.
