I have one of these. The belt is awesome. But I can't get the headphones to work properly for me, but I have that trouble with in-ear headphones out of the water too. I think my ears are too small...

I almost bought an entire get-up like this for my husband's yearly fishing trip after he went a little too deep with his waders and dunked ~my~ ipod.... After replacing it (hey I needed a new one anyway) I instead opted for some MP3 sunglasses by oakley (that he loves) for only $100. It's just too pricey to waterproof an ipod, it's cheaper to get another device that is waterproof for those few times you'll need it, at least it was in my case.

I used to be a swimmer and it would DEFINITELY prolong my workout if I had music to listen to. I would get bored doing long laps and this would help. I would still be nervous about putting my ipod underwater though...I wonder if they have a warranty...

Maybe since I don't swim, this seems a bit exorbitant.

If I had the money and still swam as much as I used to, it would be very much worth the money. Not only would it be great to have music... it helps during the workout. It's definitely a swimmer thing, not something for your average pool goer. I say very nice gadget!

The cost seems a bit prohibitive, but I am a swimmer, so it might be worth the expense - would love to listen to music while I swim!
