Yields: 3-4 servings
Total Cook Time: <20 minutes
- 1 Tbsp garlic olive oil (regular olive oil will also work)
- 12 oz uncooked shrimp (thawed,peeled, and deveined)
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
Heat the olive oil over medium high heat in a medium sized skillet. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, chili powder, and lime juice. Mix well until all of the shrimp are combined in the seasoning. Cook the shrimp for a total of 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from the pan and enjoy alongside steamed veggies, quinoa, or any of your favorite side dishes!
